This is an unusual and stylish ring, with a centre sapphire surrounded by baguette cut diamonds to a black enamel shank.

We have a certificate for the sapphire stating that there is no evidence of heat treatment to the stone.

The salom opened in Milan, on Via Montenapoleone after the first world war.
It has a fine reputation, that caught the eye of Tiffany and Co, and this brought about a close affiliation which began in the late 1980s . Together, they opened a boutique in Italy, and the partnership lasted until 2001.
