We use a trackable delivery service  through trusted carriers ,and in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery. 
Sometimes photo i.d. will also be required for further security.
We will aim to send out goods within 5 working days after receiving full payment for the order.
We will do everything to accommodate a smooth delivery process. 
To keep your order safe ,we will deliver only to the address specified and to the account holder named on the c/card.
Therefore ,we do not deliver to hotels or P.O. Boxes.
Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for any delays at customs clearance at the point of export.
