However if you feel that , upon receipt , it is not quite to your taste, please e mail CFJ immediately, telling us
why you are returning the item(s) .

Please return the item within 14 days of receipt, and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a refund,
not including the costs of delivery. We will deduct the cost of delivery on all returned goods.

The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 14 days after delivery to the buyer.Accordingly no claim for defect,damage or quality will be entertained (without prejudice to the seller's other rights pursuant to these conditions ) unless written notice, together with all supporting evidence is received by the seller within 14 days of delivery. After acceptance, the buyer shall not be entitled to reject goods which are not in accordance with the contract. The buyer shall not remove, or otherwise interfere with the marks or numbers on the goods.

We will carry out such reimbursements using the same means of payment as you used for the initial
transaction, you will incur any and all fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Please pack the item(s )exactly as it (they) arrived, in the original box, and with any additional ,supporting
documents. The package should be returned to us fully insured, recorded, and with a secure method of
delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Items that have been damaged, altered, personalised , adjusted ,or made bespoke to order ,cannot be
refunded.

Please DO REMEMBER you are buying a piece of antique or period jewellery which must be treated with
care. These items are not suitable to wear whilst washing, playing sport, gardening or showering etc. Foil
back items must not come into contact with water, causing discolouration and deterioration. The items
offered for sale by CFJ are in very good condition and are often over 100 years old, with continued respect
and careful use, they should remain so for at least another century .
